Shipping Policy

HQST Solar offers free shipping for select products on domestic orders made within the contiguous 48 states. For some reason,orders require approximately 2-3 business days to process and 3-5 business days to reach their destination. Expedited shipping is also available, however, not all products are eligible for it. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided for you.

Shipping is possible for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, however, there are surcharges involved. Similarly, we are able to ship internationally as well depending on the location. For more accurate cost estimates and to determine if shipping is available in your area, please contact us at sales@myhqsolar.com.

Please note, we are unable able to deliver products or expedite orders for PO Box addresses. We also cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. Confirm the shipping address clearly before placing an order, if the replacement is caused by the wrong shipping address, please pay the replacement shipping cost.

If your order arrives with noticeable damage, please note it with the delivery company right away, and then contact us so that we can take action accordingly. If you later discover missing items or defective units, contact us directly within 30 days at sales@myhqsolar.comfor assistance.

Return Policy

If you decide to return your purchase, HQST Solar will allow for a refund for new, undamaged, and unmodified products within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns submitted for a refund may be subject to shipping costs.

HQST Solar will pay for shipping in the following situations: carrier damage, a defective product, a product does not match advertising, receiving an incorrect product, or a product was an extra item that was not ordered. For any other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Replacement Policy

If there is any issue with your product(s), please contact us at sales@myhqsolar.com.

A representative will assist you in troubleshooting your product(s) and if any damage occurred due to the manufacturing or our shipping process, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. In the event a replacement is necessary, we will arrange for return shipping of the old part. Once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

Any replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via standard shipping. Replacement parts cannot be expedited.

Important Notice:

Regarding the low-temperature protection feature for Li-ion batteries, it is ONLY available in the 60 Amp version. The 20 Amp and 40 Amp versions do NOT include this feature.
All three MPPT charge controllers support parallel charging and can be controlled via the Bluetooth app.

HQST MPPT Charge Controller applied Advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology to help regulate the power from your solar panel to battery with efficiency no less than 99.5%. This 60 Amp MPPT solar regulator adopts high quality components with maximum conversion efficiency of 98%. The MPPT battery charging can greatly increase the lifetime of your battery and has various unique functions and quite easy to use features.

Key Features

Low-Temp Cut-Off Protection for LiFePO4

The HQST 60A MPPT solar charge controller features low-temp charging (below 32℉) and discharging (below 5℉) cut-off protection for LiFePO4 batteries, preventing damage to your valuable batteries. You can manually switch on and off this function. The controller can also activate dormant LiFePO4 batteries that have turned off due to over-discharging.

Smart APP Control & LCD Display

With a built-in Bluetooth module, you can download the "ChargePro 2.0" (new version) or "PVChargePro" (old version) app for remote monitoring, which stores 300 days of historical data. The LCD screen and LED fault indicators allow you to check device operating data and modify controller parameters. Note: The Android version of the app requires location and Bluetooth to be turned on for connection.

High-Efficiency Charging

The HQST 60A solar charge controller uses advanced MPPT technology to quickly and stably track the maximum power point, with a high tracking efficiency of up to 99% and a peak conversion efficiency of 98%. This maximizes energy from solar panels to charge your system. It auto-detects 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V battery system, with a maximum load output current of 20A. If the load exceeds 20A (240 watts), overvoltage protection will turn off the output.

Parallel Charge Function

Two HQST MPPT controllers (M2420N/M2440N/M4860N) can work together to charge the same battery pack using a parallel charge cable (not included), meeting high power charging requirements. Both controllers should be set to the same battery voltage. Our negative-grounded controller provides protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overload, overheating, short circuits, and reverse polarity, maximizing protection against system faults or installation errors.

Higher Heat Dissipation Efficiency & Full-Load Working

The die-cast aluminum heat sink enhances heat dissipation efficiency, minimizing power loss due to heat. The internal gel filling improves PCBA cooling conduction and protects against water and other damages, extending the controller's service life. Equipped with a premium IC and superior PCBA, this controller can operate at full load even in high-temperature environments.
