How Does “Spend More, Save More” Work?

The offer applies only to eligible products featured on the HQST Power Upgrade campaign page.

Use code HQSTUPGRADE at checkout to receive the highest eligible discount:

• Spend $200+, Save 5%
• Spend $500+, Save 8%
• Spend $1,000+, Save 10%

Only the highest eligible discount tier will be applied to each order. Discount tiers cannot be combined or added together.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated based on the subtotal of eligible products shown in the cart before taxes and shipping charges.

How Do Flash Sale Offers Work?

Selected products may feature special Flash Sale prices with no promotional code required.

Flash Sale products are excluded from the HQSTUPGRADE discount unless otherwise specifically stated on the applicable product page.

Flash Sale prices cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, bundle discounts, or promotional offers.

If multiple offers appear to apply to the same product, only the eligible offer accepted by the checkout system will be applied.

What Is the New Subscriber Offer?

New subscribers may receive 6% OFF their first eligible order after subscribing to HQST emails.

The subscriber offer is limited to one use per customer. Selected products, Flash Sale products, bundles, and other promotional offers may be excluded.

The subscriber discount cannot be combined with HQSTUPGRADE or other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

How Is the Qualifying Subtotal Calculated?

The qualifying spending threshold is based only on the subtotal of eligible products.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, cancelled products, returned products, and refunded products do not count toward the required spending threshold.

If a cancellation or return causes an order to fall below the original discount tier, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the value of the products retained.
