Shipping Policy

HQST Solar offers free shipping for select products on domestic orders made within the contiguous 48 states. For some reason,orders require approximately 2-3 business days to process and 3-5 business days to reach their destination. Expedited shipping is also available, however, not all products are eligible for it. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided for you.

Shipping is possible for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, however, there are surcharges involved. Similarly, we are able to ship internationally as well depending on the location. For more accurate cost estimates and to determine if shipping is available in your area, please contact us at sales@myhqsolar.com.

Please note, we are unable able to deliver products or expedite orders for PO Box addresses. We also cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. Confirm the shipping address clearly before placing an order, if the replacement is caused by the wrong shipping address, please pay the replacement shipping cost.

If your order arrives with noticeable damage, please note it with the delivery company right away, and then contact us so that we can take action accordingly. If you later discover missing items or defective units, contact us directly within 30 days at sales@myhqsolar.comfor assistance.


Return Policy

If you decide to return your purchase, HQST Solar will allow for a refund for new, undamaged, and unmodified products within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns submitted for a refund may be subject to shipping costs.

HQST Solar will pay for shipping in the following situations: carrier damage, a defective product, a product does not match advertising, receiving an incorrect product, or a product was an extra item that was not ordered. For any other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Replacement Policy

If there is any issue with your product(s), please contact us at sales@myhqsolar.com.

A representative will assist you in troubleshooting your product(s) and if any damage occurred due to the manufacturing or our shipping process, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. In the event a replacement is necessary, we will arrange for return shipping of the old part. Once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

Any replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via standard shipping. Replacement parts cannot be expedited.

Why can't I set the humidity level?

The default factory mode is continuous dehumidification mode, which doesn't allow for humidity level adjustments. Press the CONT button to switch to Normal mode (indicator light off), where you can set your preferred humidity level.

Does this dehumidifier have a built-in pump for continuous drainage?

Yes. Connect the drainage hose for automatically drain. The built-in condensate pump can lift water up to 16.4 ft (5m), allowing for flexible placement and drainage.

How effective is it at drying out damp spaces?

It efficiently removes up to 140 pints of moisture per day at 90°F and 90% RH, 120 pints/day at 86°F and 80% RH, and 70 pints/day at 80°F and 60% RH. The unit covers up to 5,000 sq. ft.

Will this dehumidifier work in winter?
