Why is my controller flashing the error message E02?

It's normal that E02 flashes when the controller detects relatively high voltages. When a Li battery is fully charged, its BMS generates a relatively high volt (about 18V), then it will stop charging. This does no harm to your controller or battery.

Flashing load light with an E04 error message, now what?

E04 indicates that your appliance may have triggered the controller's short-circuit protection. Press the 'Return' key on the controller, or disconnect the appliance that's being powered, then the controller will resume normal work 30s later.

How to Connect Bluetooth (BT)

For Android Users: 1) Allow location first, 2) Tap the BT icon in the app, 3) Select PVChargePro.

For iOS Users: 1) Tap the BT icon in the app, 2) Select PVChargePro.

DC load stops working, What can I do?

Four Solutions For You:

  1. Set the load mode to 17.
  2. Check the indicators for abnormalities.
  3. Press the 'return' key on the controller.
  4. Open ChargePro2.0, enter the Real-Time Monitoring page, and turn off the DC Load Short-circuit Protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I increase the energy output of my solar panels?

Position the solar panels to face direct sunlight without obstructions or shadows. Install at an optimal angle of 30°-45° for maximum absorption. Clean regularly to remove dust, leaves, or debris for consistent energy output.

How should I connect solar panels to my electrical circuit (series vs. parallel)?

Solar panels can be connected in either series or parallel, depending on your electrical circuit size and power needs. It’s best to connect panels with the same open-circuit voltage.
When connected in series, the voltage (V) increases, while the current (A) stays the same.
On the other hand, connecting panels in parallel increases the current (A), while the voltage (V) remains constant.

Do these panels have pre-drilled holes on the back?

Yes, they do. There are four pre-drilled holes to make installing the solar panel quick and secure.

Can this solar panel be used with a 12V marine battery or a 48V lithium battery?

Yes, it can. The optimal operating voltage of this 100W solar panel is 17.4V, making it suitable for charging a 12V marine battery. For a 48V lithium battery, you’ll need to connect at least three solar panels in series.
Please ensure that you connect the solar panel(s) to a charge controller that supports either a 12V or 48V system.
