Warranty Policy

 1. Limited Warranty

Products manufactured by HQST (the "Warrantor") are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the user (the "Purchaser"). This limited warranty covers substantial defects in material, workmanship, and performance.

If any HQST product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty, and any related power loss is confirmed by the Warrantor's technical support team, the Warrantor will, at its option, replace the defective product with a new or refurbished one. All replacement products will be compatible with the original product and, in some cases, will have an equal or higher power rating. If for any reason HQST is unable to replace the defective product, a refund may be issued.

3. Refund

HQST offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order, for products purchased directly from the HQST website, HQST’s Amazon Store and HQST’s Ebay Store. Customers who purchased from retailers or channels other than the HQST website or HQST Amazon store or HQST Ebay store and wish to return their product for a refund should first review the return and refund policy of the respective retailer. For further questions or assistance, please contact our customer support team at sales@myhqsolar.com and provide your order details. Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

You can initiate the return by reaching out to our customer support team at sales@myhqsolar.com, and provide your order information, product serial number, reasons for return, and photos or videos showing the defects. Please do not ship any return items to us without first initiating a return request.

To initiate the return, please reach out to our customer support team at sales@myhqsolar.com, and provide your order information and reason for return. Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition. For items returned not in their original condition, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

HQST will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defect product, delayed shipping, or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

In order to avoid any trouble caused by the package when you return it, it is recommended that you keep the original packaging for at least 30 days.

Once HQST receives your item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.

4. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@myhqsolar.com

5. Replacement

During the applicable warranty period, if any HQST product fails to operate due to defects in workmanship or materials, HQST will replace it with an identical model at no cost. For discontinued products, HQST will provide a free replacement with a functionally equivalent model, subject to mutual agreement.

The replacement product will be covered under the original warranty period of the initial purchase.

6. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on HQST’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

7. Exclusions

HQST’s warranty does not apply to:

  1. Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in HQST's current product literature.
  2. Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  3. HQST's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 3 months.
