Shipping
- Free standard ground shipping on orders $49.99+ (before tax).
- Orders below $49.99 are charged a $5 flat shipping fee.
- Free shipping applies within the contiguous United States only.
- Oversized, heavy, or restricted items may be excluded (noted on product page).
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after shipment.
- Orders may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
- A valid street address is required; some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
- Shipments cannot be rerouted once shipped.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available with surcharges.
- International shipping availability varies by location; customers are responsible for customs clearance and duties.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement, before shipping begins.
- Once shipped, cancellation or interception cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, and returned in original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
- Modified products are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- HQST covers return shipping only if the product was damaged during shipping, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.
- For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling is not eligible for refund.
Replacements
- Shipping or manufacturing damage must be reported within 30 days, with supporting photos.
- Replacement items ship via standard shipping only and cannot be expedited.
- Replacements can only be shipped to the original country of purchase.
Third-Party Purchases
- Orders placed through third-party sellers are subject to the seller’s return policy.
- HQST provides warranty replacements only for eligible third-party purchases.
