Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Shipping

  • Free standard ground shipping on orders $49.99+ (before tax).
  • Orders below $49.99 are charged a $5 flat shipping fee.
  • Free shipping applies within the contiguous United States only.
  • Oversized, heavy, or restricted items may be excluded (noted on product page).
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
  • A valid street address is required; some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Returns

Refunds
